This smoothie is worthy of a little paper umbrella… and a beach, while we’re at it!
6-8 macadamia nuts
2 dates, pitted
½ cup papaya
½ cup pineapple
½ cup mango
1 T dried coconut
1 t coconut oil
1 cup water (approx)
If you are using any frozen fruit, put that in the blender first, along with the dried coconut. Cover with warm or hot water and let sit for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
