This smoothie is quite satisfying and might even keep you going till lunch.
2 dates, pitted
1 T almond butter
1 t raw cacao
½ t raw cacao nibs
Pinch of cinnamon
1 T whey protein
1 cup almond milk (or water or other liquid)
1 cup fresh pears, apples, or fruit of choice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
