Take extra good care of yourself while cleansing.
Get plenty of sleep at night and take a rest during the day, too.
Exercise, gently and regularly.

TIPS
Don’t chill the stomach Your stomach likes warmth and it requires less energy to digest room-temp or warm foods and beverages. Avoid freezing cold smoothies – add hot water to frozen fruit. Leave raw veggies out of the fridge a while before you eat them.
Blend cooked soups for liquid meals. Yummy and your tummy will smile. Toss some chickpeas or raw veg in last and pulse so there is a little texture.
Eat slowly and chew. Don’t eat in front of TV or while reading. Just eat.
